How long will it take to receive my order? Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Standard shipping within the U.S. typically takes 3-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your package is dispatched from our Texas warehouse.

2. PRODUCT & TECHNICAL SUPPORT

How do I charge my Cordless Table Lamp? Each lamp comes with a dedicated USB charging cable. Simply connect it to any standard 5V USB adapter. A full charge typically takes 3-4 hours and provides up to 10-15 hours of continuous light depending on the brightness setting.

Is the Cordless Table Lamp really waterproof? Yes, our signature gold lamp is rated for outdoor use and can handle light splashes and rain. However, we do not recommend submerging it in water.

What kind of bags should I use with the Vacuum Preservation Machine? Our machine is compatible with most standard vacuum sealer bags and rolls. For best results, we recommend using textured (embossed) vacuum bags.

3. RETURNS & WARRANTY

What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and include all accessories. Please contact info@hovasta.com to start a return.

Do your electronics come with a warranty? Yes, all hovasta.com electronic devices come with a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.
