RETURN POLICY

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Electronics: Must be in original packaging with all accessories (charging cables, manuals, etc.) included.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.

  • Hygiene Items: Products like the Vacuum Preservation Machine must be unused and in original sealed packaging for food safety reasons.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Since we carry electronic items like Cordless Lamps and Vacuums, please inspect your order upon reception.

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@hovasta.com.

  • Please provide your order number and a photo or short video showing the issue so we can expedite your replacement or refund.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Personal care goods (e.g., used toothbrush sanitizers).

  • Custom products or personalized items.

  • Sale items or gift cards.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
